HumiChip® offers the most advanced and cost-effective temperature and humidity sensor solution for virtually any type of application. This capacitive polymer sensor chip, developed and fabricated in-house, integrates a CMOS circuit with EEPROM into one embedded system, housed in a reflow solderable SMD package. The temperature and humidity sensor is individually calibrated and tested, performing with an accuracy of ±2% from 20% to 80% RH (±3% over the entire humidity range), making it simple to use without the need for further calibration or temperature compensation.

HumiChip® provides linear output signals in various interfaces to meet customer requirements, including the standard I²C interface and PDM, which can be converted to an analog signal. Designed and manufactured using industry-leading temperature and humidity sensor technology by SAMYOUNG S&C, HumiChip® has been field-proven in HVAC and the automotive industry for over 10 years, offering a smart sensing solution with excellent reliability, high accuracy, and cost-effective performance.

The newly developed polymer used in HumiChip® from SAMYOUNG S&C ensures outstanding performance in both sub-zero temperatures and hot environments. HumiChip®, AEC-Q100 qualified, expands its applicability across a wide range of industries, positioning itself as an all-rounder player in the temperature and humidity sensor market.
